Peter John
Founding Partner
Peter is one of the Founding Partners of Quoin and Board Chair. Peter works with clients to provide strategic advice and insight into local, regional and national government and to support them in the promotion of planning applications, housing solutions and business relations.
With a background as a senior council leader in London, Peter is a well-respected and trusted figure in the local government sector. He is a practising barrister and a member of several charity and business boards.

Stuart King
Founding Partner
Stuart is a Founding Partner of Quoin and works with clients to provide strategic advice and insight into local, regional and national government. His experience providing strategic advice across a range of major and challenging development projects has led him to work with senior council leaders and officers across the country.
With twenty years’ experience as a councillor in London, including time as a council Deputy Leader, Stuart is trusted to understand how local government works, with an extensive political network regionally and nationally.

Kevin Davis
Founding Partner
Kevin is an accomplished business leader. He has run international companies, charities and founded a range of innovative businesses in education and communications. He has worked on a wide range of development projects within the built environment sector across much of London and the South East.
As the former Leader of Kingston Council, he secured significant infrastructure projects and developed the "City in the West" initiative with the Mayor of London, attracting £2 billion in investment. He has run for Parliament on two occasions.
His expertise lies in strategic urban development, public affairs, and government relations.

Laura Blake
Non-Executive Director
Laura is a Board Director of Quoin, representing our joint venture partner, Connect Group, and supporting collaborative working across our client base.
Laura is a partner and co-owner of the Connect Group, bringing extensive experience of leadership and governance, including as Chair of the Board of Linco and a Trustee of Delta Academies Trust. In her consultancy work, Laura provides businesses and organisations with senior counsel on strategy, communications and engagement, particularly around operating effectively within the political and regulatory environment.

Andy Sawford
Non-Executive Director
Andy provides senior counsel to clients, drawing on his experience of leadership and governance, including as a former MP and frontbencher. Andy works with organisations in a range of sectors, supporting reputation management and strategic communications. He has particular expertise in local government and is currently an adviser to the LGA and a range of local authorities. Andy is a Board Director of Quoin, representing our joint venture partner, Connect Group and supporting collaborative working with clients.
